Respiro [resˈpiːro] — an Italian noun meaning breath, a breath, or a moment to breathe. It derives from the verb respirare (to breathe).
Spiro (Latin spirare) means to breathe. Its most popular use in Latin is the saying:
We believe that breath is not just the foundation of life, but above all the heart of the Pilates method. It initiates every movement, activates your deep muscles, and helps you find peace in a dynamic world.
“Breathing is the first and last act of life. Everything depends on it.”— J. H. Pilates

Spiro Pilates & Mobility is a Pilates and stretching studio with an Italian touch.
In today's world, our bodies rarely get the chance to move naturally. Hours spent at a desk, in a car, or with a phone in hand have made a sedentary lifestyle our new normal. Constant rush and stress lead to tension, back pain, and lack of energy.
At our studio, we believe you deserve a moment that brings real relief to your body and mind. Our spaces were designed in an elegant Italian style — from the very first visit, you'll feel calm and harmony.
What we offer:
-
Mat and reformer Pilates — we strengthen the deep muscles that support your spine, building strength without overloading your joints.
-
Stretching — we restore the flexibility and range of motion that prolonged sitting takes away from your muscles.
-
Rolling (self-massage) — we guide you through self-releasing your fascia and relieving tension that accumulates in the body.
Take care of your body today — so it serves you for years to come. We look forward to welcoming you with a smile and professional support.
